package, you have to make sure both are the same version. I'll leave

Btw it's even worse with time - if you run your computer for 2-3 days
those action start taking not 100ms but 1500-3000ms

I had the same issue after uprading from Ubuntu Gnome 17.04 to Ubuntu 17.10.
I "fixed it" by using Xorg instead of Wayland.
A colleague of me had the same issue in Arch Linux half a year ago. Always good
to know someone who is living on the bleeding edge :D
