Facing the same. gnome-keyring-daemon often fails to start, if it
manages to start it asks for Login keyring password.
BTW gnome-keyring-daemon always starts from root, even if I run it from
user in terminal!

After some testing, I think I know what could cause this (now very old)
bug. There was a bug in deja-dup/duplicity that allowed for an
accidental change in password when making the occasional full backup
check
Please run ipptool with the full printer URI, like this:
