If we implement a headless driver (discussed today) with GL support (OSMesa)
then that gets us halfway to resolving this bug. Then all that's required is to
replace the headless output with a linear framebuffer device (which fbdev is?).

nivlac, 'nobody' is a poor choice: the intended use of user 'nobody'
(and group 'nogroup') is for NFS.
If daemons start using 'nobody' (or 'nogroup') then they can interfere

The /etc/resolv.conf in my set up is really a link.
The target is (where folder "var/run" is a link to the folder "run"):
/var/run/NetworkManager/resolv.conf
However, I upgraded NM to the version 1.4.2-2ubuuntu4 and run the following 4
commands:
sudo systemctl stop NetworkManager
sud

I tried to open the .eps file directly with Ghostscript and it gets
correctly displayed. So I do no know how evince uses Ghostscript and so
