When I start my system I get this error message. I am not personally
trying to install or upgrade tex-common, so I'm not sure why this is
happening.
I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, which is when I noticed this
(though I am not 100% confident that it had never occur
Tried disabling all extensions and restarting; did not help.

Passwords page freezes
Status in chromium-browser
I tried running
$ chromium-browser --user-data-dir=/tmp/chrometest --password-
store=gnome
and browsing to chrome://settings/passwords. It rendered, but said I had
no passwords. So I am not sure how to “bisect” my profile to see if the
trigger condition is related to settings.
