If I understand it correctly, this would mean that localized versions of
gnome-getting-started-docs end up in language-pack-gnome-XX-base, which
are already pulled by language-selector-common. Hence dropping the
language-selector bug task.

I'm seeing this with duplicity 0.7.04 on OSX, using onedrive backend.

In June 2015 there was another attempt to get this patch merged[0], it
seems that people are now recommending/leaning towards replacing xf86
-video-dummy[1] by Xvfb[2][3].
The patch looks trivial enough to get merged, but maybe it never will
due to Xvfb deprecation (=WONTFIX)?
