Should it work now with the UDF system as well?
Currently with the default options only root can see the content of a DVD
recorded on a DVD recorder.
I can manually remount with mode=444,dmode=555, but not my father. I'd like to

Okay, I've merged the aforementioned patch in with a local copy of the
driver. Setting the DPI to 275 is *not* the correct fix, as this throws
off the aspect ratio. Squares become rectangles.
A 10mm square becomes a 10x9mm square - an error of 10%. 275/0.9 = 305.
So 300DPI is probably about right,

This bug is now happening on Vivid 15.04 beta2. The tooltips sometimes
disappear, but sometimes not. Sometimes they partially disappear,
sometimes they leave remnants on the screen. All of these problems
disappear when I use Openbox instead of Unity+Compiz.

I have made a fix (patch) for this bug for utopic, tested on Ubuntu-
Gnome utopic and attached it as gdm_3.10.0.1-0ubuntu7.2.debdiff to this

This is a very simple change to the code in debian/gdm.init - I removed
line 78 which has an extra unmatched "fi"
Tested as follows:
