Every time my system goes through a hard shutdown (power outage, forced
reboot), my audio stops working on reboot. Usually I've been able to
resuscitate the audio by reinstalling all the audio drivers, as
suggested on the audio troubleshooting page for the Ubuntu community.

screen, but instead showed that failsafe X has to be used because my

OpenGL vendor string: Intel Open Source Technology Center
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ivybridge Mobile
OpenGL core profile version string: 3.1 (Core Profile) Mesa 9.2.4
OpenGL core profile shading language
Dgtfeargr, please do not mark this a duplicate of another report or vice

is not Trusty, but Saucy, so no need to apport-collect further unless

I don't understand this "outdated debug symbol". I've been reporting this bug
for the fifth time, each time I did (apt-get update && apt-get upgrade) just
before.
How to correctly report this bug?
