This is also an issue on the Dell XPS 15 (October 2013). The Windows
touchpad driver works great and accounts for (ie. ignores) the resting

It took a while to reproduce, the log includes 2 successful prints on the DYMO
printer, the 3'rd was cut again and than restarted from the middle of the
sticker.

My laptop has dual ati 5650 and intel. In bios I swith into discrete
graphic (5650). It successfuly installed with fglrx-updates but not with
fglrx. But it seems has many problems, my desktop sometimes appear
glitches like projected bars. And with 13.04, it cannot be installed
with ati catalyst 12.
I should have mentioned that jdstrand will be sponsoring this debdiff.
It depends on a change in the apparmor package, which he will also be
sponsoring in a different upload.

Audio on all applications works as expected on 13.04.
The problem seems to have occurred during the 13-04 -> 13.10 upgrade.
Not sure whether the problem is pulseaudio or alsa related.

There is no audio on skype or flashplayer, either through firefox or chromium.
When running skype, there is no entry for it in pavucontrol.
When running chromium, there is an entry for "ALSA plug-in (chromium browser)"
Using 13.10 (latest release 10-4-13) and clean of install fo Dart (eclipse).
Menus FAIL, solution is export UBUNTU_MENUPROXY= eclipse
Now menus work!

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1196625, so is being marked as such.
The "downgrade to 1.4" workaround causes a different code path in Unity
to be executed, and that uses a much simpler blur function. It looks
OK, but to the expert eye it doesn't look near as good. Don't ask me
what the difference is: it all looks blurry to me even with my bifocals
on.
