Thanks, the patch does work for an SiS m650.
I patched xserver-xorg-video-sis-lts-quantal and installed the xorg lts quantal
stack on Xubuntu 12.04 and it worked fine, although the EXA performance was not
as good as the XAA.

to the "External Mic" of my laptop Dell Inspiron 1750 and not working (but in
