The menu option to open the Totem Preferences UI appears to have gone
missing.
There's evidence in the source code that there's supposed to be a
preferences UI, and the online help states there should be an "Edit >
Preferences" menu item, but it does not appear.

There is a way to stop these error messages. Just type: sudo kill -9 [process
number of apport-gtk]
and the problem is gone (until another time you turn on the computer).

This happens every time (in Raring) when backing up to my external USB
drive (USB 3.0 connection). Not sure why it might fail at the
verification stage, but this leaves me with an uneasy feeling whether my
backup is okay or not.

Three Ubuntu builds
1) 12.04 Working fine except Evolution which has been updated in 12.10 and is
not backwards compatible.
2) 12.10, updated from a 12.04 build.
3) 12.10 Clean install from .iso
Neither 12.10 builds have a working unity/ task bar. Task bar only visable when

I followed instructions from

dependencies.
$ wget
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/linux/amd-driver-installer-catalyst-12.11-x86.x86_64.zip
$ unzip amd-driver-installer-catalyst-12.11-x86.x86_64.zip
$ sh ./amd-driv
@Nick, you can also use a live boot from cd or usb drive with ubuntu
13.04 on it.
After booting you can see if the problem still occurs and run 'apport-
collect 1153734' as suggested by Dave Lentz.

Hi all,
I just tested the new libxrandr2 package on precise with X2Go and nx-
libs 2:3.5.0.20.
The kwin crashes are gone, indeed. So far so good. However, the NX
capability of resizing a non-fullscreen desktop session window is
completely gone now.
