How to reproduce:
Save the attached file into /usr/share/applications/ This add an
iconless item named "Bug" to g-c-c that starts "evince %f". When
clicking on it Evince complains that it can't find the document.
If you start "Bug" with the Dash Evince opens without an error like it
should.

As it turns out, I can add a screenshot after all, as the issue has
resurfaced. I have no idea what is causing this however, because at
other times the background is white and I can read it perfectly fine -
and I've made no settings changes.

No, what I mean is that the "Save" button is always grayed out UNLESS
you type an user/pass on that dialog. Now, I want to use the "Ask for
password every time" but you can't do it with the grayed button.
