the gnome-tweak-tool window keeps flickering abnormally. this might be a
bug as i have seen somebody else mention the issue somewhere in the
internet.
i do have the screencast of the phenomenon i can send it to you for the
review of the problem i am facing.

it was in default desktop session when i freshly installed it. when i
realized the problem, i decided to download gnome-vanilla-desktop with
the hope that problem won't transfer in different desktop environment
and only with no luck.
i had been using 18.10 and 19.04 in the same device earlier wher
yeah, i tried both the condition and yes the problem is equally
persistent in both the cases. moreover what i realized is when the mouse
hovers over one of the menus in gnome tweak box, it assumes it as the
click input and keep dancing between the menu pressed and non pressed
situation.

no not at all! was just curious. yeah might be the resolution is a
problem. but I am at the highest display resolution available I believe.
