It still happens in Karmic but not as much. The frustrating part is
losing all my work, like highlighting photos and ready-ing them for
facebook export.

The side bar is toggled on and off with F9 or going through the
edit>components>sidebar
The sidebar is by default to close to the edge. So close that no icons would
show up. When I toggled the button F9 the difference between the side bar on
and off was very little.
I am running intrepid and f-spot freezes when I try to import photos
with my Sony Cyber Shot DSC-W120.
F-spot worked fine with camera on different computer running Herron

My wireless works some of the time, but when I upgrade it disappears. In
fact if I load up the first release of 7.10 both my airforce card and
atheros wirelless dongle works.
My atheros card almost always works by default on most distrobution
seems to work with my last upgrade!
