Phew, it's a bit hard to grasp actually. My feeling of this list being
inconsistent with the rest of Ubuntu mostly revolves around it being a
multi-columned dropdown list with no way of choosing a manufacturer by
beginning to type its name. Maybe we can work it out together. I can also do a

Add "Duplex=None" to first line in $HOME/.cups/lpotions has solved the
problem for me.
e.g.: Default YOUR_PRINTER Duplex=None

Sorry ... That i have write before is not complet:
You must remove "~/.config/evince/print-settings", and print a first duplex
page.
Then you can change your setup.
OR
You can add this in "~/.config/evince/print-settings" at the [Print
Settings] section:

here is a solution to fix it:
create 2 rules in a /etc/udev/rules.d/90-kidizoom.rules with this:
KERNEL=="sd?1", SUBSYSTEMS=="scsi", ACTION=="add", ATTRS{vendor}=="VTech ",
ATTRS{model}=="Kidizoom", SYMLINK+="kidizoom",
RUN+="/path/to/mount-script %k"

Just to specify to not forget to install pmount.
