I tried it on two different PCs. I installed on one of them gs-gpl and after
that I was able to see ps document.
I report this as I miss error message in Evince that something is wrong.

try to display barcodewriter.ps document. I guess that your error example is
from sample.ps.
I am not sure how postrcript works but you can get valid document when you
merge barcode.ps and sample.ps; sample.ps uses some definitions from
barcode.ps.

But you cant try thesame with pdf file; you will get error message in

1) GNOME tool to administer users in easy way, with GUI. I miss an
option to sort groups in alphanumeric order. Groups are listed based on

Retested in Ubuntu 10.04 i386 beta. HW is still broken. Audio buffers
are played in random order or lost; difficult to say.I hear sound but it
is strange.
Song of length 2:53 played in 1:28, this points to the buffer lost. I

I report this bug under Totem package but I don't think it is in Totem.
I don't know where the problem is; it could be X-server issue.
When I reboot my PC, video works fine, I can play it in Totem, VLC, etc
I don't know what is this line about but it has similar output:

gedit doesn't close binary files properly. I tried to open (drag and
drop) files from mounted CDROM in gedit. gedit warned me that it cannot
detect character encoding, it offered some character sets. I selected
CANCEL
When you will not chose CANCEL but RETRY, gedit will open file several
times. vmlinuz in my list:

I put an USB key to my Ubuntu desktop. USB disk was mounted and it works
fine:

When I click on USB mounted icon, I see menu with two lines:
Open UGLY
Eject UGLY
UGLY is just a description for characters that I cannot write here,
about 6 characters including 3 questionmarks. Both lines have the same
UGLY string.
It is not possible to create screenshot of the situation.

I removed my USB key and put it back to USB slot. It was mounted again
but "ugly" name changed, it is only "*" now. It points to some
problem with a pointer, random string is placed to name position...
