OK, I can confirm this now. The icon I was looking at was the Ekiga icon
in the system tray. There is no Ekiga icon in the KDE4 menu.

I'm still on Hardy, for the moment, and I haven't been able to find an
Ekiga 3.2.0 backport. Is ekiga 2.0.12 no longer being supported?

I'm not ready to upgrade my system, so I guess I'll have to wait for
the backport. A backport would be very useful, as Hardy is an LTS
release, and I'm sure there are still many Hardy installs in
deployment.
