compresses it to a zip file, which it creates in /tmp, to which a snap doesn't
have access.

I reproduced the two test cases with 1:41.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.4, but do
note that prepending the username in the Remmina address field fails for
me. I.e., "jeremy@192.168.1.1" fails, but "192.168.1.1" succeeds.

Yes Chris, those were my observations for the 3.44.3 SRU. The bug has
since been updated into a 3.44.4 SRU, and it seems it already landed in
jammy-updates, so it's already fix released?
Adding a GMail account does work for me in 3.44.1-0ubuntu1. I'd call it
a "progression" instead of "regression"

comment is off the mark in its assumptions.
It seems we didn't land any Jammy SRU for 3.44.2 onwards since the one
in jammy-updates is 3.44.1-0ubuntu1.
Since adding a GMail account does work for me in 3.44.1-0ubuntu1, it is

I installed from jammy-proposed (1.72.2-0ubuntu1) and played with Gnome
Shell and all the Gnome applications listed in test case 2. They all
worked fine.
I also successfully built the package from source with debuild, and
meson test passed all tests.
