When logged in using gnome and attempt to set the screen timeout to any value
other than "never" and exiting the control panel the setting does not take
effect. Upon reentering the control panel you will see that the setting is
still set to "never" even if you set

1) Use gnome-classic
2) Place two instances of gweather on the gnome bar.
3) Set the location diffrent in each.
4) Reboot
5) Both will report the same location/weather. One location will have been
lost.
