Binary package hint: evince
whene I open a PDF doc and at the same time this document is been seeded
through KTorrent, the document always "Reloading" or "Refreshed", it is
so annoying.

I downloaded the document using a torrent application (Ktorrent) and while I am
seeding and also read the document it keeps reloading the document but in the
same place I read.
