I'm a little disconcerted that this bug has been around for so long, and
yet that it is still marked as low priority. Sure, it's not a crasher,
but any application that is using 100% CPU is a big problem, in my
opinion.
The solution for this seems pretty obvious and easy to program. I wonder

I've refiled the bug here:

Is there a guideline anywhere about which system should be used for
filing which bugs?

Thanks for the info - that makes sense.
I don't deliberately use gvfs-fuse mounts - I thought gvfs-fuse-daemon
did things behind the scenes. Honestly though, have no idea what it
(fuse, gvfs) actually does or if I use it. Maybe you can tell me if I
use it.

Interesting. I'm still not sure if I use them though. I don't use smb,
but I do use ssh. I'd guess that I don't use them...

I am having this problem with the version of Evolution released with
Ibex RC1. I've run Evolution from the terminal, but not with anything
interesting. I have about six IMAP accounts, and my search folder shows
about -1279 unread, -1664 total...there are about 15 in reality.

False. The whole point of OAuth is that users don't have to trust random
software. I'm new to Shotwell, and it's asking me for my gmail password.
How do I know (how could I ever know outside
This has been fixed in trunk of evince. You can install that version,
and it works like a charm.

I believe this is related to having the menu shown. I was having the
same problem, turned on the menu so it was visible, and then tried
pasting again, and the problem seems to be fixed. I've even closed and
reopened the terminal, and it seems fixed. Perhaps it will return after
a reboot?

Actually, that bug was found to be a duplicate of a different bug. So
really, this is a dup of bug 294233.
Not sure that matters of course, but all the same.

It looks like this bug can be closed, I think.

Agreed. Additionally, in the spouse field of the contacts, it should
autofill with names from your address book, like the TO: field does in

people from your address book.

I can comment, that when I had this problem, it was out of the blue. I
do have a static IP (as mentione above), but I had had it for a long
time when I had this problem. I am pretty sure it is related to gnome-
applets because my solution was to purge and then reinstall that
package. I don't think
