Again... this solution is not the right approach. Fixing it as is being
done now , doesnt address the usability issue and we need to fix this

Nautilus needs to use "gtk_image_menu_item_set
The Humanity icon set ,as of now, has a nice icon of a pencil alone in the
location toggle.
Using the pencil alone is a good metaphor , indicates something can be written
and is far more representative that any other alternative solutions proposed

The gvfs authors believe that there is no need to distinguish the mount and
unmount state of a drive by using the icon!
But they seem to think that the gazillion new icons that gvfs recognizes is
more useful :/

While the blanking issue seems fixed for many, users seem to be facing the
blanking too...
But this icon seems to detect the mismatch in *probably* the "idle time
counter" , so there still seems to exist the some mismatch.

I'v tried to convince the gvfs authors that the separate icons are needed for
users to distinguish the states quicker , but they believe it is not needed. So
I havent reported it upstream, since it might eventually endup being a wont fix.

This is not a theme bug. But rather a gnome panel bug , pls see the related
upstream bug report.
As for this being a reason to not use the monochrome icons in the default
install . I dont see this as a valid reason.

This is either a gnome-applets bug or a gnome-panel bug , But upstream
has it as a gnome-panel bug hence I'v added it as such.
Upstream has a patch , for this. Maybe , something we can consider for
Lucid?

I'm not sure we really want to be doing this.
As it would cause Bug 476170 , where the greyscale icon would now popup in the
end and the order of monochrome and greyscale icons would become
inconsistent/random.
But, on the other hand it might cause the icon to be more distinguished
as a system
