Format in a context menu is a very risky move! It should *not* be accessible so
easily.
A context menu is only for commonly used actions and format is not a commonly
used action for *most* users.
The sensible location for this option is in the properties window ,
similar to how Windows does it.
I think this is fixed now , but not sure how!
