Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Any application I open whether it be a terminal or browser window, I do
not see the top menu bar with the minimize, maximize and close buttons.
I have full updates and yet it still does not display them.

I do and it doesn't work with them on, however, when I turn them off they
appear. I cant get the 3D cube to work either but the other effects seem to
work fine, just anything cube related does not.

I just noticed that when I turn off the Visual Effects the workspace names
appear and when I go to preferences for them I can see the switcher, before
I could not. Sorry for the multiple emails.
