On Wayland, I'm noticing fractional scaling went from pretty good to

Ok, I have more information. I don't think it's a problem specifically
in the audio system, but I don't know where to recategorize it.
Something is hijacking the system. I've noticed that when
pulseaudio/rhythmbox stutters, my typing also lags for a split second. I
think it's reasonable to conclud
Actually, I was able to dock it. Docking the laptop doesn't cause the
problem if it boots up undocked.
If I boot up docked, pulseaudio stutters and my typing lags. I grepped
/var/log/messages and I didn't see anything about IRQ failures (I
thought maybe IRQ conflict)?

At the time this broke that I started this I played with preferences.
I ticked the mail preferences - junk - include remote tests. I probably do not
have all tools installed.
I did check the junk folder previously but I could not see any new mail there
then.

Since desktopcouch 0.6.6-0ubuntu1, python-desktopcouch has been just a
transitional package. /usr/lib/desktopcouch/desktopcouch-service and
the desktopcouch python module are actually provided by the same package

telepathy-gabble thinks it is a self-signed certificate even though it
isn't. I have reproduced the bug, but only on 1 of 3 oneiric installs.
Perhaps it is a ca-certificates configuration issue... still

I've confirmed that nvidia-470 is getting installed in jammy, not
nvidia-495. AFAIK this is a bug, I thought nvidia-495 was in jammy?
Without it we don't get a wayland session with nvidia.

I've also reproduced the same issue with the gnome-software 41.5 deb in
Jammy, output is slightly different:
14:26:55:0535 Gs uninstall org.gnome.Cheese.desktop
14:26:55:0535 Gs Chaining cancellation from 0x55d1dbee0fa0 to 0x55d1dc090820
14:26:55:0536 Gs running remove on plugin=packagekit with
defaults.list is referencing the correct desktop file. It's installed
in /var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications/snap-store_ubuntu-software-local-
file.desktop
I don't know why it's not the default though, perhaps alphabetical in
the picker?
