FIX: if you plug the usb headphones in and kill the pulseaudio process
they will start functioning properly. (pulseaudio will restart on it's
own)

Please don't move the button locations Canonical.
Having the close buttons on the left side is the farthest away possible
location from the scroll bars on the right (where users spend a great
amount of time with their mice)

if ubuntu makes the default in the top left, then flops it back in the
next release users who got acustom to it in the left will once again be
disbanded. Pleas Ubuntu, don't make this change and make yourselves look
like a less professional / polished operating system.
