Thank you guys. I figured out the problem. I deleted the account and re-
entered all new information, but this time I required smtp server
authenticating which required my password to send. A little bothersome
to see the window, but it works, and that's all that counts.

ISP provider, and they stated there is no authentication problem at
their end, and all the mail programs with in my Ubuntu are effected, as
