Seahorse will not generate a new key. I have used gksudo to launch
seahorse from the command line. Seahorse opens. I press on the 'new'
button to generate a new key. I select PGP key and press continue. I
fill out the fields for 'real name', 'ema

I first tried to generate a new key without using gksudo and it resulted

I have since switched to using Kubuntu Intrepid and have not (yet) noticed
this issue. When I filed this bug report I was using Ubuntu 8.04. I did see
the same problem in Ubuntu 8.10 however. There are many people who have
experienced this problem. I realise it is not a critical bug but at times it

Update:
I fixed this problem (for myself) by building and installing an upstream
kernel. So I think the problem is in the Ubuntu Kernel and not in Gnome
Power Manager.

I experience this bug as well. Long or fast scrolling with the scroll
wheel disrupts the audio in Rhythmbox until the scrolling stops. This

There has not been a great deal of activity on this bug report. Do you
still experience the problem with a newer release of Ubuntu?
