[Bug 173158] No control over email notification in task bar

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution Email notification in panel has to me clicked each time to make it go away. If you delete the email, you still have to manually click the notification in the panel to get it to go away. The control panel in evolution will not shut off the email
