I'm sorry to say that the bug is still present on 150% zoom with Humanity theme
(also with others)
It took me not so much time playing with the windows (minimize, refresh, move,
unfocus windows, etc) to make it appear.
I took a screenshoot.

I think we should disable 150% view or fix this bug, otherwise gnome gives the
a bad impression to the end user.

I've been reading in the upstream bug and it seems that this thing has
been discussed for a while, but I don't see any clear conclusion.
First of all reading the patent 6061061 below, I don't thing that we
would be using any temporary window so this patent shouldn't apply,

I checked both patents 6,061,061 and 5,583,984 and in both cases the
description is the same. In the abstract of both patents they always remark
about opening TEMPORARY Windows. That's not our case from my point of view. We
could just left open all our windows, so they wouldn't be temporal.
