Another mailclient, Claws-Mail, is reported to also be affected by the
POP3 TLS handshake failure for Yahoo mail managed email (AT&T, AOL,
BellSouth, Verizon) on Ubuntu 18.04 base.
This may be an issue with some system libraries used by both Evolution
and Claws-Mail and maybe whatever security tig
