Ok apologies, seems I had libcamel1.2-14 2.29.92-1ubuntu0+git20100318.017dbcd2~fmarl installed instead of 2.28.3.1-0ubuntu1. This will have been when I have added extra repositories in the past trying to get evolution-mapi installed. Anyway, downgraded that, and everything is working fine now!
