(see screenshots). Also after turning off airplane mode, the Wi-Fi is
not turned back on, rather the Bluetooth is.

that 25% equals precisely 100% of one core on my four core processor.

I'm not sure what that meant. Could you rephrase? Note that the issue is
that the user turns OFF Wi-Fi, but the system turns ON Airplane mode.
An analogy would be one wants to flush the toilet, but the computer
turns off the lights, instead. Perhaps some of the goals are

It turns out this is only a problem in Wayland sessions and it doesn't
matter how you open the document (nautlius or command line, such as
`gedit doc.txt`) so changed the package.
