Hi there
Before the patch i had the same problem, with another problem. I had
some networkmanager error, and the slowdown appear. With this path, the
2 problem are solved for me.
But other people on ubuntu fr experience this bug, the slowdown is
resolved for him, but not the networkmanager bug.
Correction: if he install the 2.20.6, he experience the slowdown bug.
After reinstall 2.20.5, no more slowdown problem, but always the
networkmanager crash during shutdown

With gdm 2.20.5, he don't have problem, no more crash, no more slowdown.
