rhythmbox saves mp3 tag at start of file but loads already existin
The same bug. Banshee, for example changes tag information well, but
Rhythmbox (even started from root) doesn't. Changes are dislpayed in
Rhythmbox, but immediately they restores to default. (Not for all
files.)

Unfortunately, Ubuntu have no debug package for gnome-control-center.
I've tried to build package with --enable-debug option, but it has been
stripped by debian build system. Next i've built it manually and ran
"capplets/appearance/.libs/gnome-appearance-properties" and it worked
properly!
