I don't know where exactly report this, but we should have an individual
toggle for each sub option; for example to turn off document search but
keep chat on

The categories instead of the actual (Gwibber, shotwell, emphaty) they should
be :
-Mail & Contacts (Yahoo!, Gmail. Outlook, and even personal services
with a assistant dialog)
-Documents (Google Drive, Zoho Docs, Office web)
