I got the same issue when trying to change the keyboard layout.
I first select my account and click on the keyboard list. If needed
layout is in the list, the password field is available. But if I try to
add a new layout using "Other..." item from the list, then I can't enter
anything in that pass

I've succesfully installed and tested the `librsvg2-*`
v2.48.9-1ubuntu0.20.04.1 packages on focal and can confirm that they
work as expected for me, meaning i.a. that the bug I suffered from in
the previous v2.48.7 is fixed.
I've used the CLI `rsvg-convert` as well as the R package rsvg[
if canonical is planning to make Ubuntu compete with Windows and Mac then they
must think of using conventional UI for all the apps. Ctrl + Tab is used to
switch tabs. if this very basic shortcut cannot be implemented, then forget
about making Ubuntu one of the best OSes.
