True, I missed that. I applied the debian packaging to the ubuntu
package and kept the remaining call for intltool-update. and made a
comparison between the extracted contents: Only change is:
Binary files 1/usr/share/doc/gnome-doc-utils/changelog.Debian.gz and
2/usr/share/doc/gnome-doc-utils/chan
e only delta was the packaging of new upstream releases. Now that debian

It is a enigmail-issue. Invalidating the seahorse task and reopening the
enigmail one. Enigmail performs two separate actions, see upstream's
comment:
