I can confirm that yelp can't access to documentation other than of gnome, for
example if you perform a search and then yelp shows search results from docs
that are not gnome specific (i.e. I installed the Debian mantainer's manual)

This has happened twice to me. The first time required a full re-image of my
machine to fix it.
Then it randomly happened again today. The only thing I can associate with it
was very high CPU/RAM usage (~100% on most of 32 cores and most if not all of
swap space) when building with gcc72.

The device is a little NS box, the D-Link DS-323. Connecting via
smbclient gives me the following:
Domain=[WORKGROUP] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 2.2.8a]
Looks like it's running Samba 2.2.8a. There's a firmware upgrade to get
it to Samba v3, I'll apply that and see what happens.

Interesting. Looks like upgrading my device to v1.0.4 (which upped Samba
3.0.24) did the trick. Now works as expected, dragging from window to
desktop copies the files no problem. Maybe a Samba 2 vs Samba 3 problem.
Anyway, looks "fixed" to me. :)

I'm pretty sure the issue is tied to what version of Samba your Maxtor
is running. If it's < 3, it's a problem -- that's why when I upgraded my
NS and got Samba on it up to v3 the problem went away. Can you run the
following commands and report back?

Forgot to note that when I run Totem through the GUI the following error

rhythmbox playing one of the pre-installed internet radio stations while
simultaneously adding a podcast feed when it crashed. Firefox was the

My traceback file mentions rhythmbox segfaulted and contains multiple
references to this function: rhythmdb_entry_get_string()
After a quick googling, i found this in the rhythmbox-devel mail

Thanks very much -- did an apt-get install xine-ui, apt got that as well
as an updated libxine module. I already had libdvdread, libdvdnav and
libdvdcss. Once xine-ui was loaded DVDs load normally and offer full
menu functionality through Totem.

I am getting the same problem in Gutsy - Tribe 2 (all updates done)
Using Compiz-fusion.
Same problem with Feisty with all updates done and Beryl with Emerald
themes is being used.
I can reproduce this problem consistently by using John Leach's
described steps.

I am experiencing this exact problem. Hibernate worked for Edgy, but
after I upgraded to Feisty Beta hibernate is now broken. gnome-power-
manager keeps reporting that HAL failed to hibernate.
Here are relevant entries in my /var/log/messages file that seem
relevant.

Hibernate is still broken for me as of 14/4/07 with all updates applied.
