I have the same problem that the guy (or girl) who posted the bug. When I try
to run totem from shell this is what I get:

I have exactly the same problem here! When I try to play ogg casts from
Jamendo.org totem-xine gets stuck and does not play any sound. It worked in the
past, but not now.

It happens the same to me, but I'm running a 32bit laptop. XP lives
almost 5.5 hours, Gutsy 4.25 and Hardy... 3.25!! I think it has
something to do with the wi-fi chip (bcm43) because when I turn it off
the energy consumption drops down, but still short battery life.

I've noticed that when I boot with the Gutsy kernel battery life is 26%
longer, and change time it's reduced a lot!! Hardy kernel must have some
bug with power management.

Sorry I don't have much information, but it's not the first time it
happens to me that when I leave my Edgy on for many hours, nautilus
"uses" 100% of the CPU, although I don't have any nautilus window open.
