Considering that test-speech comes with gnome-speech anyway, I am sure they
would update everything in the package if the abi were to change.
This tool is useful for people who may be experiencing problems with either
orca or gnopernicus, and need to find out for sure whether it is speech that i

While it should be possible, it is not the sort of thing we react
strongly in favor of upstream. We value our independance from gnome.
If this icon can be pulled without linking against gnome (as the proxy
settings or the browser stuff can be) then it is possible we would
accept it in that form.

I still think that as gaim doesn't know anything about what's going on
with your desktop, it should be able to simply create a new window and
have the WM figure out where it should go. We shouldn't have to do

Why is moving the tab instead of using arrows better? Gaim is not a
GNOME project, and it seems to me that firefox's behavior is more

Hi,
I'm not really sure what this patch does exactly, is it restoring
functionality, and if so, which? What isn't working that this patch
fixes?
Also, it doesn't look like your patch is against Sugar, it seems to be
against Metacity. Reassigning to correct package.

As Martin said, you need to first enable the proposed repository
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed).
Afterwards, the following commands will install Martins version of the libical0
library:-
sudo apt-get update
sudo aptitude -t jaunty-proposed install libical0

enter your user password (Not root password) when asked:-

First, to fix this error type:-
sudo sed -ie "s/^\s*main.*$//g" /etc/apt/sources.list
It is important that the first line you type is all on one line (I think
that launchpad may have cut it in half), instead type these four lines
but make sure that you DONT SPLIT ANY OF THE LINES (Each time
/me just thought to maybe tell about the end of line terminator "\" but
don't want to confuse the issue further :(

Hopefully this will help the two people who I've so far confused by
failing to take into account that Launchpad will put a line break on
long lines :).

Hi,
On Ubuntu 9.04 on my Dell XPS M1330, gnome-panel freezes on occasion
when I resume from suspend. This happens about 1/3 of the time.
Attached is the most recent log from gnome-panel when it occurred, as
well as a screenshot.
