I used to get this on Trusty and Gnome, and now it has reappeared on
Xenial and MATE. For a while it didn't appear but there's clearly

I use Virtualbox and mount a .vdi on an SMB server. Using gvfsd-smb
(browsing within Gnome to find the share), gvfsd-smb uses up to 50% CPU
which slows down the entire system when accessing the network share.

The 14.04.2 live CD fails for other reasons but with an "apt-get

If the configuration is broken then it's something that has happened during the
upgrade process, it was fine before.
Right-clicking on shortcuts in Places does the same thing as left-clicking: it
tries to open the link (and fails).

to en_GB yet Empathy continually underlines words that are not spelled
the American English way.
