(1) go to Evolution calendar and change the calendar display to month view
(2) scroll down to a different month
(3) double-click on any date in order to add an event on that date
(4) a new window appears where the details

I used apport to report the above bug. The only thing I did different is that
instead of enabling apport permanently, I enabled it just once by entering:
sudo service apport start force_start=1
After evolution crashed, apport automatically allowed me to report the
problem. Apport recommend
UPDATE: I just checked if this is an issue with only CDs and not DVDs
and it turns out that it actually is an issue with mounting CDs as
mentioned above! When I insert an audio CD, all desktop icons disappear
and the computer behaves much like it did earlier.
