According to upstream bug, it's a gtk 3.18 bug which Abiword triggered.
An update to 3.20 fix the issue, which is the case on yakkety. To fix

Debian because p7zip-full was added as Depends. But in Ubuntu the depends was
replaced by zip/unzip, which don't have the support for iso. Since genisoimage
is already part of ubuntu-desktop, it's not a pro

About writing to the database, it's a problem with libgpod. Support for iPad in
libimobiledevice should already be available, but the support sync music
database it's still missing in libgpod.

As awn-notification-daemon is not the only applet in his package, I
don't think the Conflicts/Replaces is a good solution. The best solution
should to wait the fix from moonbeam.
