Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
On Hardy heron beta, the screen brightness of a laptop gets reset to 100
% on resuming from suspend.
Steps to reproduce are as follows
Enable suspend if laptop lid is closed in the power management utility
Close the laptop screen
