I also added trusty-proposed and now its called:
ubuntu 14.04 LTS and I think it shoud be Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 LTS. I made

Skip this one (?) I made changes to configuration of Xine and Mplayer
and changed /dev/dvd (default) to /dev/hdc and this seems to be working.

I notice the same thing with gThumb btw. Strangly some pictures are
oriented the right way (portret), others are presented as landscape.
