Thanks Pedro. 'Show Menubar' worked. Do you know why the title bar is missing min, max, close buttons? And why I can't open a new tab using CTRL-SHIFT-TAB? Actually, I can't even Alt-TAB to another window? I would have filed another bug report but it could be something simple as my original p
