Yes, I have this camera and I experience this problem.

Though this was fixed, happened again tonight after a hibernate. Every ten
minutes without fail it activates regardless of activity. Before the hibernate
it was fine.

I also noticed this, I am using nvidia's proprietary driver with desktop
effects. Mahjong is particularly badly affected, it is practically
unplayable in fullscreen mode but responds instantly in normal mode.
