Rejecting, I can't reproduce the bug now. Maybe it was a Xfce issue fixed with
recent uploads.

I've tested the file with gnumeric/gnumeric-gtk using libgoffice and
libgoffice-gtk for both, I can read the file correctly each time.

I managed to get things working with the following workaround:
cd /usr/share/gtk-doc/html
sudo mv gtk gtk2
sudo mv gdk gdk2
devhelp seems to be looking for a file using the scheme
.devhelp inside /.
The bug should probably be assigned the the gtk+2.0 source package.

I think that it's related to Bug #47834. You need to use the kiosk mode
to not let users shut down the server. IIRC it doesn't work fine in
dapper, but is fixed in Edgy. Could you test?
