I have the same problem. I am running Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 and Eye of
Gnome version 3.10.2. I am unable to view some JPG files using Eye of
Gnome. For instance, the two files available at

I run Ubuntu Gnome on a DELL XPS 13 notebook that has an US keyboard
configured as US alternative international (since I live in Brazil).
After upgrading to version 13.10 I can no longer get a cedilla by typing
apostrophe + c. Instead, I get ć . I did not have this problem prior to
upgrading.

I am having the same problem with Ubuntu 13.04 (64 bit). I am unable to
transfer files to my Android phone. Installing blueman does not help.
