Added the function to report non-default gconf settings, attaching the
source_nautilus.py file so it can be approved (tested with ubuntu-bug
and all of the information is retrieved). If the file looks fine, let me
know and I can create a branch with the change.

debugging logs that the developers should need and the report has been
forwarded upstream, I am marking this bug as Triaged.
After discussing the importance with bbordwell, we settled on a Low
importance since the bug is easily work
